Between January and March 2016, CMHA Calgary celebrated sixty years in the community by launching their #Now I’m Stronger Campaign, designed to inspire conversation about mental health by hosting 60 video and photo submissions over 60 days from individuals and organizations in the community. With a goal to end the stigma surrounding mental health and addiction, the campaign shared a wide range of stories that inspire initiative based on strength, resilience and hope.
